Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery
- You received the wrong item

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear pictures/videos of the issue

Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging

Refunds

Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Change of mind purchases
